Ordering

Due to the unique nature of our miniatures we do not take payment for orders online. Simply click on the enquiry button next to the artist or miniature you are interested in and complete the form. Completing this form does not commit you to any purchase. We will contact you either by telephone or e-mail to discuss your requirements. Payment

Payment for any order will only be required once the availability and postal costs have been confirmed and accepted by you. We accept debit & credit card payments via Paypal, ( 3% of the sale value will be added to cover their charges). Alternatively a Pound sterling cheque made payable to Karon Cunningham can be accepted.

 

Returns policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by us, will still be payable by the customer). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of us receiving your return.

 

Terms & Conditions

  1. We cannot guarantee that the miniatures appearing on this site are still available for sale at any given time.
  2. All sizes stated are approximate and for guidance only.
  3. Colours may appear slightly different from actual shades due to screen resolution.
  4. All prices are in pound sterling. Other currencies can be accepted at current exchange rates.
  5. All miniatures on this site are for collectors and are not toys. Not suitable for children under 14 years old.
  6. Confirmation of your order will be made via the telephone or by e-mail and despatched after the payment has been cleared by our bank.
  7. Postage, packing and insurance is charged on all orders. Overseas customers are responsible for any charges imposed by the customs department in their own country.
  8. All orders accepted are subject to the current terms & conditions.
